Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Management Analyst II supports the Office of Professional Compliance by leading data driven research and analysis, preparing concise reports and presentations, coordinating statewide analytic projects, and serving as a communication liaison to internal and external stakeholders. This role advances agency strategy through actionable insights on uses of control, pursuits, patrol vehicle crashes, and related discipline trends, while fostering teamwork, professional development, and a culture of ethical leadership.
