Customer technical requirement management (40%)
Explain and promote USI product and process offering to customer
Explain USI’s new product development process and requirements to customer
Understand customer’s technical requirements
Communicate customer’s requirements to internal cross-functional teams
Design for manufacturing (DFM) verification support (30%)
Support customers to apply USI manufacturing design rules to customer design
Explain DFM results and recommendations
Failure analysis support (20%)
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to complete failure analysis and explain the results to customers
Support Global Sales team’s internal technical training (10%)
