  • At least seven years of progressive experience in insurance operations, distribution management, or sales strategy development, with demonstrated growth in scope and responsibility or equivalent education, training, or experience.

  • Experience in agency management, sales performance management, or business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix or dotted-line environment, building credibility across functions or with external partners without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data, identify trends, and translate insights into applicable management decisions.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable working with CRM platforms and performance reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent).

  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively — in writing and verbally — across all organizational levels, including senior and executive leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least three years of direct people management experience, with a track record of developing talent, managing performance, and building high-functioning teams.

  • Insurance industry experience, with working knowledge of workers' compensation, agency distribution models, or commercial lines operations.
