About the role:
The AMER Revenue Operations Sr Manager will provide direct support to the AMER Revenue organization and own all related business planning activities, analytics and growth initiatives. As a key business partner to the AMER Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales and AMER GTM leaders, this individual has the technical skills and business acumen to develop business growth plans and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Channel and Marketing in the AMER region, and in alignment w/ the Global Revenue organization. The Sr Manager will be looked to for strategic insights and operational optimization to align revenue strategies with business objectives, ultimately maximizing profitability and growth.

Nintex is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual on-target earning range for this Senior Manager, AMER Revenue Operations - US position is [$175,000 - $215,000]. Pay within this range is determined by location, experience, skills, and qualifications. A portion of this salary range may be structured as variable compensation, with earnings based on factors such as individual performance, company performance, and achievement of specific metrics and objectives. Total compensation also includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid Global Gratitude & Recharge Days, paid volunteer time off, and more.
