Selects applicant for interview and hire and assures appropriate orientation.
Assists in capital budgeting; may be required to produce a cost benefit analysis to justify requested equipment.
Maintains staffing and scheduling, resource utilization, and supply management within budgeted targets for the assigned departments.
Develops, analyzes, and interprets department-based budgeting.
Understands the broad impact of reimbursement on the delivery of patient care services, including Medicare, Managed care, Medicaid, and third party providers.
Assures workplace safety for the employees and demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements for workplace safety.
Uses basic computer skills such as word processing, data management, email, and the internet to access evidence based information.
Appropriately integrates technology into the day-to-day care of the patient and leverage technology to improve patient care outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

$96,266.14 - $179,045.63Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
