Job Description:

  • Selects applicant for interview and hire and assures appropriate orientation.

  • Assists in capital budgeting; may be required to produce a cost benefit analysis to justify requested equipment.

  • Maintains staffing and scheduling, resource utilization, and supply management within budgeted targets for the assigned departments.

  • Develops, analyzes, and interprets department-based budgeting.

  • Understands the broad impact of reimbursement on the delivery of patient care services, including Medicare, Managed care, Medicaid, and third party providers.

  • Assures workplace safety for the employees and demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements for workplace safety.

  • Uses basic computer skills such as word processing, data management, email, and the internet to access evidence based information.

  • Appropriately integrates technology into the day-to-day care of the patient and leverage technology to improve patient care outcomes.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]


Field of Study:

  • in Business Administration or Healthcare related field


Work Experience:

  • 2+ clinical experience within a cardiovascular procedural setting [Required]

  • 2+ experience in a progressive leadership role [Required]

  • Prior management experience [Required]
