Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

As the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement you will lead and manage our site's continuous improvement program. You will implement industry-standard Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Operation System (OS) program to achieve business objectives.
Establish and align metrics to drive performance improvements.
Translate organizational strategies into actionable objectives.
Conduct regular OS assessments, identify gaps, and develop solutions.
Guide and support OS business process champions.
Facilitate OS events such as Kaizen workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
Communicate OS progress to senior leadership and engage employees.
Ensure site-wide competency in OS methodologies.
Support OS assessments and Kaizen events at other sites as needed.
Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
6+ years of experience in Lean practices and problem-solving.
Certification preferred in ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Professional Engineering License.
