Your role in our success:
This position leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of digital tools (CRM, billing) to improve customer engagement and experience. They align technology roadmaps with business goals, manage vendor relationships, and drive digital modernization—such as AI, automation, or DER integration—ensuring compliance, high-quality service delivery, and operational efficiency.
What you'll be working on:
Lead the adoption and implementation of technologies impacting customer experience directly or indirectly.
Partner with operational groups to deliver solutions to better efficiency, compliance, and regulatory needs.
Partner with operational groups to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget by managing stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with developer leads and business users to design, develop, and integrate user interfaces and services that meet business needs.
Accountable for management of IT professionals either as direct reports or sourced.
Accountable for translating business outcomes/expectations into clear technical requirements and execution plans.
Serve as the primary contact for operations while directing, solving, and addressing service and production issues.
Who you are:
Experience in and technical knowledge of delivering solutions built on SAP in the utility distribution sector.
Experience that is customer centric and customer focused preferred.
Experience managing "meter to cash" & “customer billing” process in the utility sector strongly preferred.
Good understanding of IT systems and processes.
Strong strategic thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Seven years’ experience in technology management.
Experience deploying, rolling out IVR technology to better the end customer experience.
Certified System Integration Specialist, Talend Data Integration Certified Developer or a closely related certification preferred.
Regular Driver’s License
