Overview:
As a Product Manager leader, you'll lead development of new experiences that will not only transform the business but will shape our digital future. Product managers will help define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with our software teams to define product requirements and coordinate resources from key stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a passion for user experience and professional experience building impactful and meaningful customer experiences.
This Role:
As a Product Leader in Demand Chain & Logistics, the candidate is responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and developing and executing product roadmap, gathering functional requirements through functional process flows and agile methodology delivering business requirements to ensure the quality of Supply Chain products and enhances the customer experience. Candidate must be able work with variety of Business and IT stakeholders to define, clarify and plan product development and delivery. Experience in the Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes, including experience in Order Management Systems and processes is a must. Logistics applications include working with 3rd party applications to create Store Delivery value including In-Store apps. A superior candidate will have experience coordinating with Merchandising to coordinate supply chain value for Stores & Category objectives. This is a dynamic, highly diverse team, and we are passionate about embodying a culture of positivity.
