Senior Manager, GOE SHE NA

Manager GOE SHE NA Represent SHE in the Region and coordinate SHE topics closely with the Director GOE SHE Americas, with the Global HNC and with the Regional Operations Management Ensure proper communication from SHE perspectives from and to the Director GOE SHE Americas, SHE Global Directors & Site SHE Managers. Take ownership of the SHE compliance and performance (Leading and lagging indicators) of the sites defined in his scope of his responsibilities closely with the site management and the site SHE representative. Contribute and lead the drive for a zero injury/incident SHE culture. Advise on SHE related requirements in investment projects. Develop, structure and manage SHE topics, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, external and internal regulations and standards. Identify BG/BU/site specific SHE issues and put forward to BG/BU/site line management, and support implementation. Experience in powder/liquids technology, premix, compounding. Experience with SHE in Production Management or SHE Management in an operational environment Experience in change management and driving continuous improvement.
