The Senior Manager, Investor Relations role is located in Conshohocken, PA or Rockville, Maryland.

Experience & knowledge
• Manage specific vendor and consulting relationships.
• Build relationships with current trusted investors and prospective investors through consistent service and support.
• Perform targeting analysis to identify new investor and analyst targets – contributes to the strategic direction of these.
• Scheduling/event management for employee and external company functions, including investor-facing events, calls and meetings and manage key deliverables around events, such as presentation webcasts and meeting schedules, briefing materials.
• Manage logistics for all earnings calls and other webcasted investor events.
• Routinely prepares summaries of analysts notes and key peer/industry developments for ultimate distribution to executive team.
• Manage IR website and content through coordination with IR website host and IT.
• Lead the logistics and manage internal and external deliverables for routine or ad hoc events, Investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc.
• Prepare briefing books for all earnings calls and investor conferences and other investor events.
• Build relationships with key senior-level constituents across the company including Financial Planning & Analysis, Clinical Research, and others.
• Leverages support across the business, overseeing activities of employees that support activities to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information and communicate information within scope of authority.
• Manage Contacts within Outlook and maintain monthly list of investor meetings and calls for tracking purposes.
• Maintain contact management database.
• Develop and initiate presentations for investor meetings.
• Lead contract management process including final purchase orders.

Essential
• Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams).
• Knowledge and experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Previous high level executive support.
• 8+ years’ experience in an investor relations, banking, research, or related function (life sciences experience highly preferred).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work to agreed deadlines while under pressure.
• Worked both as part of a team and independently.
• Discreet handling of confidential documents and other information.
• Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures.

Education & qualifications
• College degree with emphasis on business administration, economics, science, communications, or marketing. Advanced degree a plus.
