Senior Manager IT

• Lead company-wide IT strategy and drive digital transformation (DX) initiatives
  


• Partner with senior leadership and business units to solve business challenges through technology
  


• Modernize legacy systems and optimize infrastructure (network, cloud, security)
  


• Oversee implementation and improvement of core systems (ERP, CRM)
  


• Explore and leverage AI to enhance customer and patient engagement
  


• Manage IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, budget, stakeholders)
  


• Strengthen information security and ensure stable IT operations
  


• Lead and develop the IT team to maximize performance and capability

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT function
  


• Hands-on experience with internal IT infrastructure (network, servers, etc.)
  


• Experience implementing and managing core systems (e.g., ERP) and data governance
  


• Experience in cloud-based system development and operations
  


• Proven track record in planning and managing IT projects
  


• Experience supporting multi-channel customer engagement initiatives
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience leading or managing an IT team
  


• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL)
  


• Experience building or leveraging data/analytics infrastructure
  


• Exposure to improving help desk operations and efficiency
