The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Joint Programs is seeking a Senior Manager - Joint Programs Administration to join our team in Seattle, Washington.
Established in 1989 IAM/Boeing Joint Programs is a labor/management partnership where our leadership, our staff and our services reflect a balanced relationship between the International Association of Machinist (IAM) Union and the Boeing Company. Together we are dedicated to improving the health, safety and educational opportunities for IAM-represented employees in the Puget Sound and Portland.
This position, in partnership with the Union Co-Director, will lead a large team with a broad work statement across the Puget Sound and Portland. The ideal candidate will be someone who can collaborate with their union partner to perform their statement of work, effectively partner across teams, levels, functions, and organizations to drive improvements, consistency, and a strong culture of respect. They will champion the organization's partnership, priorities, mission, and vision, recognize its history, and strive to transform its future. This individual will be a proactive, engaged self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
