Senior Manager Market Access

Key responsibilities:

• Lead market access strategy for the hematology portfolio in Japan
  
  


• Develop and execute pricing and reimbursement strategies
  
  


• Drive NHI pricing and reimbursement submissions, including HTA dossiers
  
  


• Support pricing and HTA negotiations with relevant authorities
  
  


• Monitor changes in Japan's reimbursement and healthcare policy environment
  
  


• Provide Japan-specific insights to inform value strategy and evidence generation
  
  


• Represent Japan in global market access and launch readiness discussions
  
  

Requirements

Ideal background:

• 8+ years of in-country market access experience in Japan
  
  


• Strong understanding of Japan's reimbursement system, payer environment, pricing methodology, and policy landscape
  
  


• Experience in pricing strategy and reimbursement
  
  


• HTA and negotiation experience in Japan preferred
  
  


• Hematology launch or in-line experience is a plus
  
  


• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  
  


• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills
