Senior Manager, Medical Safety

Your responsibilities will include: Ensure medical safety oversight is embedded in clinical trial execution and product complaint handling by maintaining current processes and training curricula Support the Quality organization through the development and harmonization of standard policies and procedures Minimum of bachelor's degree in a healthcare or life science-related field Active licensure as an RN, NP, or PA Minimum of 3 years' experience providing direct patient care in electrophysiology or cardiology Minimum of 3 years' experience in people leadership Strong leadership competencies, including communication, collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues clearly Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously Related experience in Medical Safety, Clinical Research, and/or Clinical Quality Experience with operational safety practices in clinical studies
