We work collaboratively, innovate boldly, and take pride in building the spaces where breakthrough technology comes to life.\n\nAs the NY Commissioning Program Manager on the US Expansion Strategic Programs team, you will guide a technical team responsible for commissioning all facility systems to ensure operational readiness for manufacturing. Your leadership will shape team culture, elevate technical execution, and help deliver some of the largest semiconductor manufacturing projects in the country. This role is on\u2011site and hands\u2011on, making a direct impact from day one.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Build commissioning processes, procedures, and qualification standards in partnership with Strategic Technical Program Management\n\n * Lead and develop a high\u2011performing technical team, including performance management, succession planning, and professional development\n\n * Oversee commissioning plans, procedures, and execution for all facility systems while driving lessons learned into concurrent programs\n\n * Maintain program KPIs, reporting, and communication with DOCs, project management, and key partners\n\n * Ensure compliance with design requirements, local codes, safety standards, and Micron policies throughout the commissioning lifecycle\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience\n\n * 15+ years commissioning experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high\u2011tech manufacturing environments\n\n * 10+ years managing technical teams\n\n * Proven experience leading commissioning for large\u2011scale capital projects\n\n * Proficiency with Autodesk tools (Revit), Microsoft Office, and cloud\u2011based commissioning systems\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience\n\n * 20+ years commissioning semiconductor facilities\n\n * Strong understanding of cleanroom operations, process equipment, and facility utilities\n\n * Experience applying AI\u2011enabled solutions to improve commissioning accuracy and speed\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nConstruction \u0026 Design Management 2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
