Picture Yourself at Pega:

You will be responsible for managing a team of global AV engineers.  You will manage and maintain the strategic direction of the Global AV environment as well as the operational uptime for all conferencing and collaboration technologies, delivering timely business partner support for productivity, communication, and collaboration services, and promptly responding to user inquiries.

What You'll Do at Pega:

As the Senior Manager of Global AV you will be accountable for managing and mentoring team members, implementing global Audio-Visual projects, budgeting, and strategic direction for technology. You will be accountable for global collaboration facilities and technologies such as WebEx and Zoom.

Who You Are:

• A strong leader and technologist who can work in a fast-paced environment.


• An experienced manager who knows how to motivate and challenge of a global team.


• Subject Matter Expert with current AV technologies including Crestron, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Interop, Lightware Event Manager, etc.


• Advanced experience in commercial AV installations; projectors, screens, displays, wiring/cabling, computer controls and rack-building.


• Advanced experience with the programming and configuration of systems and a firm understanding of gain structure, acoustic echo reference, feedback suppression, etc.


• Experience managing Internal Events (SKO) & Large conferences.


• Ability to manage the installation of hardware and configure audio, video and network parameters.


• Ability to think and work independently and as a team environment.

You have proven yourself as a strong leader, collaborator, and mentor. You have experience managing large global projects and teams. You are a strong technology expert in the field of AV engineering and Operations.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 129,800 - 201,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
