Senior Manager of Inside Sales - Onsite Chicago

Build Zebra\u0027s new Inside Sales team and strategy to consistently achieve quota \u200b Recruit, interview and hire job applicants\u200b Manage and supervise daily activities and KPIs of the Inside Sales team\u200b Coach and mentor Inside Sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and ensure consistent best practice utilization \u200b Set individual and team goals, and track against those to drive operational excellence - course correct where needed\u200b Collaborate with enabling functions (marketing, sales ops, training, IT)\u200b Conduct performance reviews to improve rep performance and performance managing low-performers, as needed\u200b\u200b Foster high performance culture: Results driven, resilient, accountable Work in-person from the inside hub in downtown Chicago 5x/week to establish rapport with inside sales teams. 1. Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent experience Experience directly managing a team of sales reps Experience in strategic planning and execution\u200b Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations\u200b Exceptional written and verbal communication skills \u200b Highly proficient computer skills including email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint\u200b Knowledge of technology, including software, hardware, and/or networking preferred Ability to influence and inspire on behalf of the business and influence and operate cross-functionally to drive the growth of the business Demonstrated passion for developing, motivating and managing a team of sales professionals; strong ability to energize and lead others at various experience levels Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
