Senior Manager of Partner Operations

 Conscious Discipline in Sanford, Florida has position available for Senior Manager of Partner Operations. Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and performance of partnerships within an organization. The main objective of this role is to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and coordination between the organization and its partners to achieve shared business goals. The Senior Manager of Partner Operations will assist and consult our organization in all aspects of implementing its proprietary Conscious Discipline program, oversee and problem solve with contract creation and management in our current and future systems, and supervise our Customer Care team. The Senior Manager of Partner Operations will oversee the response to various project inquiries. Upon client approval and acceptance of financial terms, a final implementation plan is created. Duties to include: Assist initial contact with potential clients with small projects (single schools/childcare programs) and International implementation requests. Coordinate with Sr. Implementation Manager to build implementation proposals based on budgets and needs of the client in alignment with CD principles, to include assessment/evaluation of progress towards fidelity. Collaborate with Implementation Project Coordinator/Contracts team to secure quote and contract once final details are agreed. Collaborate with PDG leadership team to secure MIs/Cis who fit area of expertise and needs of the client for large international project, assign a project leader. Maintain updated project master spreadsheet to include pending and contracted large projects. Conduct follow-up with the clients and MI/CI trainers and coaches throughout the duration of the implementation plan for all plans created. Collaborate with and advise MI/CI trainers and coaches assigned to the plans, the client and PDG Leadership team to create brief report of results/outcomes at completion of each phase of path to sustainability. Assist Sr. Implementation Manager to evaluate, update, and improve implementation forms, processes, and strategies in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, internal and external partners. Provide annual reports for all international and small implementation projects to Sr. Implementation Manager and stakeholders. Attend all professional development related meetings and events as requested. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Education 
•  Three years' experience working in an Operations role in a school setting with a general understanding of social emotional learning principles and child development in a school setting required. 
•  Role will involve travel twice a year to events and infrequently to Latin America.
