Senior Manager OR Assistant General Counsel for Trade Compliance

Lead U.S. import and customs operations, including customs brokerage tasks, entry processes, and post-entry reviews. Lead the Duty Drawback Program, Importer Self-Assessment (ISA) participation, and duty deferral and mitigation programs. Drive compliance around accurate country-of-origin, HTS classification, valuation, and admissibility determinations. Manage compliance with Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and other preferential trade programs. Drive development and implementation of automated tools, analytics, and AI-based trade solutions to improve monitoring, auditing, and decision-making. Bachelor's degree required. Licensed Customs Broker or Juris Doctor (JD). With more than 12 years of experience in global trade compliance, focusing on import and customs processes. Deep expertise in U.S. import regulations, ISA, duty drawback, FTAs, and customs brokerage. Experience with SAP and global trade management systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” under ITAR and EAR. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry. Familiarity with export controls (EAR, ITAR), OFAC sanctions, and deemed export processes. Familiarity with SAP, OCR, and other automated trade solutions. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
