Collaborate with partner programs colleagues, partner management and legal to develop the program guides and governance documents for the global enterprise partner programs. Work with others in the organization to build out a scalable way with which we can educate and engage with partners to drive adoption of program benefits and resources. Design and run the partner advisory council capturing critical partner feedback and ensuring commitments are tracked and actioned. 8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management for partners. Experience designing and/or building partner programs that include the following partner types: System Integrators, Resellers, Managed Service Providers, OEMs, and Technology partners. Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record for the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business strategy.
