Senior Manager, Process Sciences

Leading/supporting in-house oligonucleotide manufacturing process development and APIs manufacture in non-GMP environment Authoring/Supporting drafting/reviewing/ data verifying SOPs, manufacturing and regulatory filing documents according to procedural and regulatory guidelines. Supporting process transfer activities and providing timely technical support for GMP productions Leading and supporting capability/ building projects Leading a CMC Team for Early-Stage Programs from DC approval to end of Phase 2 clinical Managing day-to-day lab operations and data/equipment maintenance Training, mentoring and managing junior team members Participating and representing Process Sciences at cross-functional meetings Coordinating material inventory and related activities PhD with minimum of 5 years of experience in oligonucleotide chemistry or relevant areas. Experience in an industrial setting is preferred. Expertise in solid phase synthesis and hands-on operational knowledge and experience with using and trouble-shooting of DNA/RNA automated solid-phase synthesizers required. Knowledge of the analytical and purification techniques for oligonucleotides and oligonucleotide-conjugates is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading a team.
