The Role in Brief:

Senior Manager, Product (Content) Marketing (Corporate B2B)

Seramount is looking for a B2B content marketer who can balance project management and content development on a fast moving team. You will serve as a subject matter expert on our products, customer base, and market landscape to connect Seramount’s growing portfolio of solutions to the changing needs of our corporate buyers.

You will partner cross-functionally with sales, product, researchers, clients, digital, and creative teams to shape a high-performing content calendar that drives demand, increases brand awareness, and continuously evolves to address new insights.

Note: this role is also open at the Associate Director level and candidates are being considered for both levels of the role. This hire is expected to be appointed with an official business title of ‘Senior Manager, Product Marketing’ to align with EAB business norms. The position may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

  • Develop a deep, nuanced understanding of our industry and buyer (HR and DEI professionals) from multiple stakeholder perspectives
  • Partner with the sales team to prepare sales pitches, slide decks, and one pagers that communicate product differentiation and value
  • Translate long-form research into marketing collateral including slides, blogs, infographics, webinars, and case studies across multiple channels, including email, web copy, conferences, presentation decks, etc.
  • Use performance metrics to continually refine content strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in partnership with digital and demand generation teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4+ years of writing and managing B2B content and copy or equivalent B2B experience (SaaS product marketing, content strategy, communications, research)
  • Strong communicator; great at analyzing information and extracting relevant insights in order to tailor messages and collateral accordingly
  • Outstanding talent as a writer with the ability to clearly express complex ideas and adapt language, format, and style for various media and audiences
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
