Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and action-oriented Senior Manager of Product Management to serve as the architect and owner of our Internet, TV and voice product strategy across all segments. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will lead the product lifecycle across our residential bulk, residential retail, and commercial portfolios. The ideal candidate brings strong telecommunications experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to hit the ground running to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap across residential bulk, residential retail, and commercial segments.
  • Product Evaluation & Optimization: Assess current products and pricing models; identify opportunities to enhance, retool, or sunset offerings based on performance, market demand, and profitability.
  • New Product Development: Identify market needs and lead the development of new offerings aligned with Summit’s strategic goals and customer expectations.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Create and execute GTM strategies including positioning, pricing, packaging, and internal/external rollouts for all products.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Serve as the voice of the customer in product planning; ensure our products meet the evolving needs of residents, commercial clients, and bulk communities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Network, Operations, Technology, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure smooth product implementation, delivery, and support.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in telecommunications, broadband, or technology services.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead product strategy across multiple market segments.
  • Experience in residential bulk, retail and/or commercial telecommunications is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success launching and managing products at scale, including pricing strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to pass criminal background and drug testing check.
