Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.\n\n## About the Role\n\n## Netflix is seeking an experienced and inspiring Senior Manager of Production to lead our Korea Production Management team, overseeing series, film, and nonfiction productions. \n\n\n## The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple productions and cross-functional partners across the studio. \n\n## Based in Korea, this role reports into the Head of Production for Korea and is responsible for driving operational excellence, nurturing high-performing talent, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of all locally produced titles. \n\n\n## Key Responsibilities \n\n\n## 1\\. Strategic Leadership \u0026 Vision\n\n * ## Define, Develop and drive a clear vision for production management in Korea that aligns with Netflix\u2019s global standards and business strategy\n\n * ## Drive initiatives that elevate Korea\u2019s production capabilities\n\n * ## Identify and pursue innovative approaches to advance the local production ecosystem \n\n\n\n\n\n## 2\\. Title Management \u0026 Operational Excellence\n\n * ## Ensure all productions are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative and operational standards\n\n * ## Strengthen title management practices across all production stages, tools, and workflows\n\n * ## Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to remove blockers and align on goals \n\n\n\n\n\n## 3\\. Risk Management \u0026 Production Scaling\n\n * ## Anticipate and mitigate production-related risks by proactively addressing them in partnership with internal and external stakeholders\n\n * ## Drive training and partner development programs to effectively scale Korea\u2019s production capabilities\n\n * ## Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate best practices into daily production operations\n\n * ## Champion the use of innovative tools and technologies to improve production quality and efficiency\n\n\n\n\n## \n\n## Qualifications\n\n * ## 13+ years of experience working in content production or a related role in the entertainment industry\n\n * ## Proven experience leading a team of studio production \n\n * ## Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while simultaneously supervising several projects at various points of production (from development through delivery)\n\n * ## Access to a roster of high-quality vendors and talent \n\n * ## Understanding of VFX and post-production processes\n\n * ## Familiar with the current trends and workflows, including streaming deliverables\n\n * ## Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence\n\n * ## Proven ability to build and lead teams on a project level, as well as on a corporate level \n\n * ## Comfort navigating with ambiguity; independently establishing goals and desired outcomes in alignment with business strategy\n\n * ## Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n * ## Conversational English proficiency\n\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
