Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.\n\n## About the Role\n\n## Netflix is seeking an experienced and inspiring Senior Manager of Production to lead our Korea Production Management team, overseeing series, film, and nonfiction productions. \n\n\n## The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple productions and cross-functional partners across the studio. \n\n## Based in Korea, this role reports into the Head of Production for Korea and is responsible for driving operational excellence, nurturing high-performing talent, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of all locally produced titles. \n\n\n## Key Responsibilities \n\n\n## 1\\.
