The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Space Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning & Scheduling (Level L) to lead a team supporting the Experimental Systems Group (ESG) in either Seal Beach, CA or Kennedy Space Center, FL with travel up to 30% required.
ESG supports a variety of government customers spanning various technology domains, and is an extremely fast-paced, responsive development environment delivering new capabilities to customers rapidly and affordably. The ESG portfolio consists of a range of platforms and technologies including the X-37B, the world’s first fully autonomous reusable spaceplane, which recently launched its eighth mission.
This manager will lead integrated planning and scheduling professionals supporting program execution across development, production, and operations portfolios. Responsibilities include proposal planning, schedule development and integration, change management, critical path and what-if analysis, and Earned Value Management reporting. The role provides leadership and technical oversight for the scheduling discipline across ESG programs, ensuring schedule integrity, process compliance, and cross-functional alignment, while managing employees, including first-level managers as needed, and building a disciplined, high-performing IP&S organization.
