The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager, Retail & Wholesale Sales will be responsible for managing and growing Caraway’s retail and wholesale partner accounts. You will participate in both the overall retail, wholesale, and business development strategies while leading the sales, relationship management, and business development for current and new retail channels. This role will be engaged with all accounts with a specific focus on small-medium retail accounts as the primary sales lead while supporting larger accounts and business development activities in collaboration with senior leadership. Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in strategic planning, reporting, and business and channel development strategies and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about the home goods or lifestyle retail industry and comes with established relationships within the Retail space. This person is engaging, genuine, articulate, and professional, and is excited to represent Caraway to foster new and existing partnerships. They are highly proactive, responsive, and collaborative. They’re eager to be hands on, yet strategic. They’re a great negotiator and an out of the box, creative thinker.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
