This role is critical to enabling decision velocity, scenario-based planning, and executive\u2011level tradeoff recommendations in a complex, global supply environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Lead the monthly S\u0026OP / IBP cycle in partnership with BUs, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering/Product teams\n\n * Drive consensus-based decision making through data-driven insights and scenarios\n\n * Own demand/supply balancing, allocation, gap identification, and mitigation strategies\n\n * Develop executive-ready materials highlighting risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs\n\n * Enable planning agility through automation, analytics, and planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis)\n\n * Mentor and develop planners; help shape planning standards and best practices\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field\n\n * 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S\u0026OP, IBP or Planning Systems\n\n * Proven experience leading cross-functional planning forums\n\n * Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills\n\n * Demonstrated problem solving and cross functional collaboration skills\n\n * Ability to evaluate trade-off and make decision in uncertain environment\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex global manufacturing environments\n\n * Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar tools\n\n * Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced analytics in planning\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSupply Chain Engineering Manager 2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
