In this role, you will:

  • Maintain inventory health by recasting replenishment plans to prevent future service risks

  • Oversee production/supply variances, innovation, promotions, and item transitions to ensure plan readiness

  • Trigger and co-lead allocation strategy and demand shaping actions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across BU (e.g., Cleaning LT, Cleaning Supply Chain Squad) to ensure delivery of the short-term plan and timely issue escalation

  • Serve as primary downstream POC for S&OE plan with Center Logistics

  • Partner with Business Planning and Network Planning to surface trends and inform longer-term plans

  • Foster and contribute to Center IBP S&OE Community of Practice

Continuous Improvement

  • Assess S&OE process health against best practices; identify gaps and implement improvements

  • Provide feedback to IBP capability teams on process and tool enhancements

Talent Development & Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop inventory planning team, including performance management and career development

  • Build team capability in analytics, financial acumen, business insights, and disciplined execution

What we look for:

  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, Business Planning, or related roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs across service, cost, and inventory with financial acumen (working capital, P&L impact)

  • Deep understanding of E2E supply chain and inventory strategy drivers

  • Experience leading in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong prioritization skills

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across functions and leadership levels

  • Proven ability to build relationships and align cross-functional teams

  • Experience managing and developing talent

  • High data fluency and experience with advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
