We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & HEOR in Boca Raton, FL!
The Senior Manager, Scientific Communications & HEOR is a medical/scientific communication and HEOR specialist with the ability to synthesize scientific and medical knowledge into market strategies and scientific communication activities, and to support in the development of HEOR strategy and messaging.
Qualifications Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scientific strategies and messaging for stakeholders. Drive communication strategies based on insights and evidence, complying with SOPs. Partner with marketing teams and agencies to execute communication strategies. Coordinate symposiums, scientific engagement, and educational programs. Support project leads in evidence-based research and competitive intelligence. Develop and execute HEOR strategies, contributing to publication plans. Engage with key opinion leaders and present HEOR findings at conferences. Lead market research projects, manage analytics, and meet budget goals. Monitor messaging gaps, attend medical meetings, and liaise with medical and marketing teams. Manage publication planning, oversee project workstreams, and ensure compliance.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, medicine, pharmacy, economics, epidemiology, health services research, or HEOR-related field.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in medical communications, scientific strategy, and/or publication planning within the pharmaceutical industry or a combination of experience and an applicable master’s degree.
