Your responsibilities will include Bachelor Degree 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning 3+ years of People Leadership experience Experience with SAP and Anaplan Experience with Continuous Improvement tools & methodologies Strategic Mindset-understands the big picture and creates effective strategies Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring in a virtual environment Communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across various internal and external partners Leader, challenger, influencer-ability to facilitate large cross-functional groups Fluent in project and change management concepts/tools Cross-functional knowledge of the business Process development and execution Analytical-Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction through data analysis, root cause investigation of issues Personal accountability for results
