Duties: Manage tax compliance, financial reporting, investor reporting, and performance measurements. Ad hoc tax information requests. Tax inquiry responses to investors. Ensure investment structures are executed properly. Preparation and delivery of tax returns and withholdings. Assisting with audits.
Incidental domestic travel.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. CPA.
5 yrs exp: tax accounting within private equity and investment industries.
3 yrs exp: data centers or renewable energy.
