Competencies in facility management, financial analysis, and computer literacy are essential. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate teams. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, have a proven track record of customer service, and be able to balance the integration of internal and client requirements. Experience in resource allocation, program management, and the ability to travel are also necessary.
