Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead efforts to improve manufacturing processes, increase production efficiency, and support new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Support new product introductions and production ramp-up
• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
• Partner with operations and quality teams to resolve production challenges
• Develop manufacturing documentation and work instructions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
