Job Description:
This position resolves customers inquiries via email, research files, data entry, all while managing customer response time within 24hrs or same day.
He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, and customer service. This position provides flexibility and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers
Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment, proactive communication, and inter-departmental cooperation
Determines best solutions for claims, concerns
This position investigates claims by interviewing the shipper, consignee, witnesses, and requests and obtains official reports
All other administrative duties may apply.
Remote weekend hours Sat., Sun., Minimum 15 hours required, and up to 25 hours available
Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
*Flexibility on additional 3+ hours needed to meet the 15hr minimum available Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent - Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – meeting minimum KPI’s or production standards
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgement
Ability to form good partner relationships across functions
