Purpose:

As a Senior Marketing Analyst role, you will play an impactful role working cross-functionally across the Marketing team driving in-depth insights for Edible’s high volume, and high-reach marketing campaigns. You will own the reporting, analysis, and insight generation for marketing activity that spans paid media (traditional, social, display, search), messaging, promotion, and rewards. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will also directly drive an increase in data quality and drive marketing performance through AB testing and data analysis.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day:

• Marketing data analysis and report writing that is actionable and easy to interpret for various stakeholders.
• Provide optimization recommendations and other actionable insights for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email and other channels based on performance data.
• Identifying trends, conclusions, and strategic insights based on findings in the marketing data.
• Performing ROI analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different channels, ad formats, and campaigns.
• Maintaining dashboards and presenting ongoing report deliverables to stakeholders.
• Blend data from a variety of platforms. (social media, email, website analytics, CRM programs, e-commerce, and more).
• Manage data collection and analysis tools, including ad pixels, CDP data flows, and BI dashboards.
• Staying up to date on analytics news and trends and sharing these with the team.
• Be the lead resource to the Marketing team in regard to reporting and data analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics
• Maintain and manage AB testing initiatives through regular team meetings used to identify new test opportunities and communicate current test results
• Configure, QA, and maintain pixels, server-side tracking, and other tracking mechanics to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
• Liaise and collaborate with agency counterparts

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in marketing analytics, having developed strategy and optimized campaigns through insights and recommendations
• Experience with work focused on Paid Media, Paid Social and Email/SMS are required
• Demonstrated experience integrating and analyzing data from width of marketing sources such as Google Analytics/Ads, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and traditional media (TV + Radio)
