Senior Marketing Automation Manager

Your responsibilities will include: Design and build solutions that optimize Marketing Cloud functionality, its data connections with Sales Cloud, and features within its suite of products Participate in engagements with stakeholders including assessment of new functionality requests and informing leadership of strategic resourcing implications Deliver strategic recommendations for most effective Marketing Cloud build using best practices all while considering dependencies, level of effort and scope Bachelor's degree A minimum of 6 years of experience as a senior business analyst, developer, or administrator for Marketing Cloud as a consultant or internal product owner Expert knowledge utilizing the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud) for advanced marketing campaigns Proficient in SQL Solid understanding of data management and database concepts Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to prioritize work while working on multiple projects at once Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix organization and to influence teams to accomplish common goals and objectives; effective relationship building skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment MBA or advanced degree in business or marketing Previous medical device industry experience Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or similar certifications/credentials preferred
