Senior Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct the development, organization, and production of proposals, interviews, and marketing materials


• Develop and evaluate both technical and non-technical content, including writing, editing, and proofreading all marketing communications and materials for clarity, messaging, and persuasiveness


• Lead capture planning, conduct market sector research and competitor analysis, develop winning strategies, and provide messaging development for pursuits, including graphic design


• Assist the Director of Business Development, Principals, Associate Principals, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and others in creating marketing strategies, client development, and pursuit capture plans


• Take ownership of the comprehensive content marketing strategy to enhance our brand (both internally and externally), boost our visibility, and demonstrate our expertise


• Establish and document processes, workflows, and standards for executing marketing efforts, creating content strategies, and managing marketing-related tasks


• Train and collaborate with team members on effective marketing techniques and strategies for engaging with business development.


• Arrange for professional photography on projects, create marketing collateral to support business development and recruitment efforts, plan and fulfill conference sponsorships, and maintain inventory of branded materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field


• Prior experience in the A/E/C industry in a related position is a plus, but not required


• 5-7 years of related marketing and proposal experience required


• Committed to working in-person at our office location in Omaha, NE.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


•  Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in core responsibilities


• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines


• Creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content


• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, work across different functions, and provide training to others as needed


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
