Senior Marketing Coordinator

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Perkins&Will, you will:

• Contribute to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.


• Collaborate with corporate graphics team to maintain a standard of graphic design excellence across all efforts.


• Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications, packages, and presentations for prospective clients with small and large projects.


• Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts. 


• Participate in cross-disciplinary meetings to align ideas, production, and timeline.


• Draft, edit, organize, and proof various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, award submittals, brochures, media relations pieces, and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the Perkins&Will brand standards. 


• Research clients, market trends, and background information to contribute to fully understanding the local competitive landscape.


• Navigate and guide interview team dynamics and processes 


• Manage social media accounts and website content updates.


• Manage project and client data in firmwide databases.


• Coordinate events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns, and award submittals. 


• Initiate strategy behind the collateral content.


• Support firmwide initiatives.


• Keep open and clear communication.


• Use storytelling to enhance marketing strategy. 


• Use a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way. 


• Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.  


• Proactively ask questions and expresses curiosity about the industry at large. 


• Effectively coordinate teams, potential clients, and consultants in project pursuits and other marketing efforts.

• Strong research skills

• Understands digital and production delivery 

• Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 


• Open Asset 


• Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred 


• SMPS (preferred not required) 


• LEED GA (preferred not required)
