Senior Marketing Manager

HumanGood is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution of demand-generation marketing for a portfolio of Life Plan Communities. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with Sales leaders to drive qualified leads, improve conversion, and support occupancy and revenue goals.

Overview of responsibilities:

  Own localized marketing strategies that generate leads and support sales conversion

  
  


• 
  

  Partner closely with Sales Directors and Executive Directors across assigned communities

  
  


• 
  

  Direct our paid digital agency in messaging and creative development for paid digital ads.

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and promote year-round on-campus events; test and refine new formats and content

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee online presence (websites, Google Business Profiles, social, directories)

  
  


• 
  

  Track performance using Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, and related tools; optimize based on results

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all marketing reflects HumanGood’s brand, mission, and values

  
  
  
  

To be successful in this role, you would have: 

• 
  

  5+ years of hands-on marketing experience (client-side and/or agency)

  
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field


• Proven ability to lead strategy, not just manage projects


• 
  

  Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering with sales teams

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with campaign testing, analytics, and performance optimization

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, project management, and creative briefing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to travel occasionally ~30 days of travel per year

  
  


• Senior living or hospitality marketing experience is a plus

Compensation: $90,000-110,000 depending on experience and location

Location: this position is remote with some travel (around 30 days per year).  Candidates must be located in a state in which HumanGood operates, with a preference for West Coast.
