  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively generate leads and nurture client relationships.

  • Enterprise Sales: Identify and target potential enterprise clients through meticulous market research, crafting tailored sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.

  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging content, particularly for email marketing campaigns, that resonates with our target audience.

  • Sales Oversight: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our sales and marketing strategies.

  • Content Creation: While not mandatory, experience in sourcing and creating compelling marketing content is highly advantageous. Your ability to tell a story and engage our audience will set you apart.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (Management Only)

You'll lead dynamic email marketing campaigns, target enterprise clients with precision, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.

  • Provide direction and coaching to the marketing team to create new content.

  • Ensure quality of finished projects and provide feedback for continual growth.

  • Continuous shaping of marketing strategies and communicating vision to the team

  • Assess and manage direct reports to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and with high standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field sets the foundation for your extensive experience in sales, email marketing, or enterprise sales. Your depth of knowledge in email marketing best practices, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies will be invaluable.

  • Five years minimum of relevant marketing experience.

  • Two years minimum of team management experience.

  • Experience with website functionality, social media platforms, other marketing tools/products and Microsoft products.

  • Prefer experience with HubSpot and Marketo
