SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER (NORTH AMERICA)
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Arrangement : Onsite, Full Time

About this role
Lead the strategy and execution of TOA Marketing for North American (NA) region to deliver on marketing and business objectives for this fast-growing market.

You will deliver insight driven campaigns working cross functionally to achieve acquisition targets through various channels with a heavy focus on digital but also including direct and offline.
This is a 50/50 strategy/execution role and requires the successful candidate to gain in in-depth understanding of the North American accounting market and translate insights into data driven marketing briefs. The role also requires strong collaboration with the North American team and the ability to efficiently manage the North American program of work end to end ensuring both deadlines and targets are met.
Leadership : As a senior leader within the marketing team, lead by example to ensure each team member is reaching their full while fostering a high-performance mentality
Delivery : End to end management of the North American Program of Work to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and achieving campaign targets.
Strategy : Own, drive & execute the NA Marketing strategy to meet business objectives
MQLs/BQLs : Ownership of marketing leads through best-in-class execution of partnership, social, event, outbound and comms strategy & plan for NA market.
Stakeholder management:

Build strong relationships in NA Growth team & beyond as a trusted and strategic business advisor.
Innovation : Constantly evolving and willing to explore new creative approaches and channels, way of working
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Advertising
Minimum 10 years of experience in a demand generation/growth marketing role
Minimum 5 years experience of marketing leadership experience
Experience in accounting or finance industry desired.
Strong brief writing skills
Ability to facilitate clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Experience in working with complex organizations or environments and able to prioritize and solve burning issues quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, be welcoming to change, comfortable working in a collaborative setting.
Highly organized and process-oriented
Thirst for knowledge - want to always stay up with the latest trends.
Team and People
Leadership : Provide expert marketing advice to the North American team to deliver qualified leads to the sales team. Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Performance Reviews : Ensure reviews are done with a development focus.
Succession planning : Start to map potential succession plans or lateral moves in the team.
Induction : Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of the team
Inspire, Coach and Mentor : Guide and direct the activities of the team to ensure activity and performance targets are met. Mentor, train, coach and correct, when necessary
Marketing Representation : Represent the marketing team in Senior Mgmt. Meetings and Strategic discussions.
