The Senior Manager of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies across all service lines. This position involves collaboration with sales, consulting teams, and international marketing teams to drive growth and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing leader, adept at both digital and traditional marketing, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and executing comprehensive marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives, with flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Lead a boutique team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and high performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet targets for brand visibility and revenue generation.
• Balance digital strategies with traditional approaches, optimizing the marketing mix to reach and engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Guide the creation of impactful content tailored to key audiences, enhancing brand engagement and supporting business development.
• Work closely with sales, consulting, and international teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support business goals.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, utilizing data to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
• Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
