Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager for ARPG Game Publishing is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to ensure the successful release and brand promotion of the ARPG game worldwide. This position requires 5-10 years of experience in PC/console game publishing, with a strong familiarity with the Western gaming market.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute global marketing strategies, including market research, target audience analysis, brand positioning, and promotional plans.
Research and understand trends, competitors, and audience demands in the Western gaming market to develop appropriate marketing strategies.
Plan and organize global marketing events, including trade shows, media activities, social media promotions, etc., to increase game awareness and sales.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the global game release plan.
Analyze market data and sales trends, provide market insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and sales performance.
Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of expected marketing objectives.
Establish and maintain good relationships with media, communities, and partners to support game brand promotion and marketing activities.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in PC/console game publishing, with a strong familiarity with the Western gaming market.
Experience in successfully promoting and releasing ARPG games, familiar with the characteristics and player demands of the ARPG gaming market.
Excellent market analysis and strategy development skills, able to create practical marketing plans based on market demands.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Leadership skills and team management experience, able to motivate team members and drive successful project implementation.

California

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $88,800 to $182,260 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
