Xpressdocs is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist the create and lead the development and execution of strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, retention and growth within our customer base. You will drive the creation of marketing collateral, email, direct mail, digital ads, and more to support your communications and campaign efforts. You should feel comfortable working independently, but also collaborating with the team and be confident in your presentation skills to help educate your stakeholders.

In this position, you will:

• Support the design, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns and materials
• Brainstorm and collaborate with teams to develop ideas for marketing campaigns/strategies
• Strategize on increasing demand generation for products & features within existing clients
• Create and execute Go-to-Market campaigns for new products and services
• Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future strategies
• Liaise with creative teams to create marketing materials
• Identify user segments and create segmented campaigns
• Undertake individual tasks as needed

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience acceptable.
• 4 years’ experience in marketing.
• Thorough understanding of fundamental marketing concepts.
• Expert in Excel/reporting and interpreting data to drive strategy.
• Experience in customer segmenting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience executing direct mail, email and digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, and more.
• Strategic thinker with superior attention to detail.
