Senior MarTech Development Manager

The Senior MarTech Development Manager will work closely with the Senior Director, Marketing Technology and stakeholder to build, design, and enhance user-facing features and integrations across our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in modern front-end and API development, capable of working independently on features, and ready to contribute to technical decisions and code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies


• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and scalable code


• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services


• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design best practices


• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance


• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions


• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain coding standards


• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues


• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development


• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript


• Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)


• Experience understanding and shaping REST and SOAP APIs


• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows


• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments


• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and MVC


• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines


• Basic understanding of backend technologies and API design
