Senior Master Technician

We are looking for an experienced, ASE Certified Master Technician who is proficient in diagnosing all makes and models. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to turn 40 plus hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform a wide range of mechanical and diagnostic services across all makes and models.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate documentation of all services performed.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain up-to-date technical skills through ongoing training and certifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers regarding repairs and recommendations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  ASE Certified Master Technician

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to efficiently turn 40+ hours per week

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
