Senior Master Technician

Model 1 in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a Ford-Certified Senior Master Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll tackle complex diagnostics and repairs across a full range of Ford vehicles, uphold manufacturer quality standards, and be a technical leader in our shop. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using Ford diagnostic tools and equipment


• Perform a wide range of vehicle services efficiently and to manufacturer specifications


• Provide accurate, detailed repair documentation for each service performed


• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers to explain repairs and address concerns


• Maintain and expand technical knowledge through Ford training programs and certifications


• Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins (TSBs) and software updates


• Uphold all safety protocols and shop cleanliness standards


• Collaborate with the service team to maintain an organized, productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Ford certification (required)


• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician


• Previous Ford dealership experience


• Master Technician certification 


• Strong diagnostic skills using OEM and aftermarket scan tools


• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


• High school diploma or equivalent
