  Diagnose and repair complex Ford vehicle issues

  Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability work

  Lead difficult repair cases and support other technicians

  Deliver high-quality work that meets Ford Motor Company standards

  
  

 What You Need

• 
  

  Ford Master Technician certification

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of automotive experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ford dealership experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license
