  • Maintain configuration management and system documentation within PLM tools, ensuring compliance with export control and regulatory requirements

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers in system-level thinking, integration practices, and best-in-class electro-mechanical design

Qualifications;

  • 15+ years of experience in electro-mechanical system design, with strong emphasis on electronics packaging and system integration

  • Experience in system architecture development and cross-domain design (mechanical, electrical, thermal)

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD and PLM tools (PTC Creo preferred), with focus on complex assemblies and interface control

  • Experience working in manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace or other highly regulated industries

  • Familiarity with environmental and qualification standards (e.g., DO-160)
