Job Description:
- Carry out a variety of mechanical engineering duties related to industrial facilities for large and small projects.
- Work on engineering/specification of mechanical equipment including material handling equipment, pumps, pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and other process equipment.
- Perform pipe stress analysis/pipe support design.
- Serve as lead engineer for projects.
- Interface with other engineering disciplines and clients.
- Perform field work as needed.
Experience needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in roles relevant to this position.
- Experience in one or more of the following service areas: Chemical, Polymer, Refining, Utility.
- Experience in consulting engineering is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must authorize a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
- Must submit to a drug test post-offer.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to undertake some domestic overnight travel.
- Professional Engineering license is preferred.
